Winter Hair Care- Olaplex No. 3 Review from a Curly Girl

This the very first product that I tried from Olaplex and here are my honest thoughts. A little background-my hair is naturally curly/coily and has dry cycles. I used this to add more hydration to my hair and repair from dryness.
Pros:
-Hair was noticeably shiner and manageable after first use. This is a quality product, no doubt.
-Although recommended to use with other Olaplex products, and I'm sure results would be much better, it was fine on its own with my non-Olaplex shampoo and conditioner.
-Smells great!
-I think this is one of the very few brands that does indeed work for all hair types.
-It is noticeable when I do not use it.
Cons:
-A lot of controversy around this brand. Some women reported that certain products made their hair fall out. This was not my personal experience though.
-Pricey
- I do think it would work best using the entire system.
-Must read directions VERY carefully and use as intended.
-This specific product is used for stated purpose only (ie. you couldn't just use this as your only step if you're in a rush).
