Mild Chili Recipe and Super Easy!

Hi Everyone!

Last week I posted to IG stories that I made for dinner and it was an instant hit! It was requested to post the recipe. It's super easy and mild so my daughter was able to enjoy it as well. You can find it below!

Serving size is about 4 adults
You will need:

1 lb ground beef
1 green pepper chopped
1 yellow onion chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 clove minced garlic
1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz can)
2 cans tomato sauce (one 15 oz can and one 8 oz can)
1/2 can chopped mild green chilis (4.5 oz can)
2 cans chili beans (16 oz)
salt and pepper

Combine ground beef, green pepper and onion in a sauce pan and sauté until ground beef is browned. Drain remaining fat.

Combine ground beef and all remaining ingredients in a large pot. Cover with a lid. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low. Simmer (covered) for about an hour and a half making sure to stir occasionally.

Refrigerate for lunch or dinner leftovers!

*I used the brand Huntz for the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bush's chili beans, and El Paso mild green chilis.

Hope you enjoy and let me know if you give it a try!
